If you are using the Libsyn Publisher Hub + WordPress to publish your podcast episodes, you may find that at some point, your media files suddenly won't upload.

Don't worry! This is an easy fix.
What, exactly happens?
When the login session expires, publishing to Libsyn isn't possible. Warnings will be present, but it is possible to skip them and try to upload media. If you try to upload media in this state, an error stating that you need to check your plugin settings will appear.
Why does this happen?
When the plugin is first configured, you have to log into your Libsyn hosted account. Eventually, that login 'session' will expire. This happens more often with producers who publish on a longer time table (for example, maybe you only publish once a month, rather than once a week).
How does it get fixed?
Log into your Wordpress administration dashboard and go under Libsyn Publisher Hub --> Settings. Find the Clear Settings button in the far lower right corner and hit that button.

Once the settings are cleared, the plugin will revert to requesting the API information obtained from inside Libsyn. At this point, it is exactly the same as it was when the plugin was first configured.
To get your API details, log into your Libsyn dashboard and select the drop down arrow in the upper right hand corner, then hit Manage Wordpress Plugins.

Hit Details for the site you want the API details for. A pop-up will appear showing the client ID and secret. Copy these into the same fields in Wordpress.
Next, you will be asked to log into your Libsyn account. This is the same username and password you use to log into your Libsyn dashboard.

Lastly, you will be asked to approve permissions for Libsyn and Wordpress to talk to each other. Approve those permissions.

You will be redirected to the plugin settings page. Make sure to select a show before proceeding.

Double check your player settings and other configurations if you wish.
You can now publish again using the plugin.
