Yes, it is possible to transfer your show in Libsyn to a new or different account. This process is quite simple and has no impact on the show or its contents. Here's how it works: We cancel the existing billing on the show and remove the existing user. The new user is created (if no account exists) and added to the show. A welcome email is sent to the new owner with login details and instructions for setting up new billing. To start this process, follow these steps:
- Contact support using the 'Support' widget in the Libsyn Dashboard
- In your message, confirm which show (if you have more than one in your account) you want to transfer and the e-mail address to transfer it to.
If no Libsyn account exists under this email please DO NOT have one created. We will handle this as part of the transfer process.
Once the transfer has been completed we will confirm and follow up in the ticket you created to start the process.
