What apps does Libsyn offer?
There are three options available for providing access via the app markets to your podcast if you are a Libsyn customer. There are five options available to you if you are a LibsynPRO customer.
Option 1 – Network App Listing, The Podcast Source
The Libsyn Network App Listing is a listing in The Podcast Source network app available in the iOS, Google Play, and Amazon Android. This app includes listings of many shows on our network and is a great way to increase your visibility to potential new audiences. This listing is available to producers at all hosting levels and The Podcast Source is available for free in the markets. Completion of a network listing form is required for inclusion and can be found under DESTINATIONS in your Libsyn account.

Individual developer account fees apply as well as a one time $50 set-up fee and an additional $10 a month charge. This option is only available to producers who are at the Libsyn 400 Advanced plan or higher and all LibsynPRO plans. Click on DESTINATIONS in your Libsyn account and then the iOS or Android destination to get started.

Note: If you are a LibsynPRO customer the $10 monthly fee is waived for option 2.
Option 3 – Custom Mobile App Paid Market Listing
If you are interested in option 2 above but would like to charge for access to your apps we are currently offering some beta pricing for this option. Please contact appops@libsyn.com for more information.

How long will it take before my app is available?
All apps are typically available within 20 business days or 2 to 4 weeks from the date the build form from within Libsyn has been completed for your chosen app product. The forms required for your apps can be found under the top navigation DESTINATIONS in your Libsyn account.
If my audience is having trouble with the app how do I help them?
Built into the apps within the contact tab is a troubleshooting button that can used to contact us directly so we may troubleshoot the issue with them based on their device and operating system.
Can I switch products?
You can go from Option 1 (paid) to Option 2 (free) but not the other way around. The Google Play market does not let you change from a free to a paid app. This is the primary reason you can not go from a free app to a paid app. If you are interested in charging your audience to access content please review our MyLibsyn offering. If you like option 2 above but would like to charge for the app from the start contact appops@libsyn.com for some additional pricing options.
